To Be Free Once Again...

The day you came into my life changed me forever.  It was not love at first 
sight, because I was not looking for love.  A new best friend is what I 
found.  Someone to cherish life with as it comes.  Someone to lean on when 
I'm all leaned out.  Someone that I needed desperately, when I hit rock 
bottom.  
As time went on, you were meant to be my higher-power.  God knew I 
needed someone and sent me you.  As my problems subsided, you were 
always there for me.  If only you knew how I felt.  Oh!!!  How it feels to be 
free, once again.
